If you were to see this in a sci-fi/alien movie, it it wouldn’t look that out of place. It’s a very bold design from Nokia’s accessories team. You’ve got this alien like thing coming out of its little spaceship. The headset is appropriately called “Luna” (maybe that Space theme continues with Nokia Sun, huh?) We’ve had a Nokia Luna before – a very stunning phone belonging to Nokia’s luxury 8xxx series. Now to specs:
black, white, fuchsia, green, yellow and blue (Like Nokia 112)
5g earpiece.
Holder is 18.3g (allows charging via MicroUSB)
BT 2.1+EDR
NFC for simple tap connection
Handset free profile 1.5/Headset profile 1.1 (voice instructions, like Nokia J)
Connect with two phones at the same time (like Nokia J, quite brilliant)
Up to 8 hours talk time or 60 days standby (when popped in the holder)
Something called the Nokia RM-803 seems to have passed FCC. No details other than the FCC ID.
The tests indicate it sports a BP-3L battery. Now I haven’t been able to work out what that is, but it also appeared in the Nokia 603/RM 779′s FCC papers.
Something else that’s odd is that it appears to be coming with a bluetooth headset, instead of the usual wired style. Now it could just be that it was tested with a bluetooth headset, but I’ve not seen that happen before. It has always been whatever headphone accessory comes in the box with it.
Now, to include a BT headset, does that suggest something higher end?
The phone is charged via MicroUSB charger, coming with AC-10U.
It sports a FM Radio (as that was tested) and is 3G capable (WCDMA 1900) as well as sporting GPS
